After my hip and knee procedures at AHI, I’ve been able to return to the beekeeping work I love!

"Three years ago, I had both my hips replaced by the American Hip Institute team. With my new hips, I was able to return to my work as a beekeeper. Unfortunately, my left knee pain was progressively worsening, again forcing me out of the work I love. For five years, my knee frequently gave out on me, which hindered me from my active lifestyle.

After the amazing experience I had with the American Hip Institute team for my hip replacements, I knew where to come for my knee. My experience at the clinic for my knee was once again a 10/10, and I was very comfortable making the decision to undergo a knee replacement. During the whole process, every team member was exceptional in their role. 

My first day of weightbearing on my new knee felt amazing! I’m happy to say I’ve been able to get back to chasing after my grandkids and my three poodles. I have no problem performing my household chores, and I am in much better spirits now. The outcome could not have been more outstanding. Most importantly, I always feel cared about when I am in the clinic by everyone here, from the front desk team to the providers.

The surgeons at American Hip Institute are miracle workers. I look forward to having my other knee replaced by them, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Every step of the process has exceeded expectations, and I sing the praises of American Hip Institute to everyone who will listen!"
