Second Opinions

If an addendum is requested after the IME appointment has been completed, there will be an additional charges per each additional inch of records. If additional MRI study is associated with the addendum request, there will be an additional charges per additional MRI study review. If there is surveillance video to be reviewed, ther will be additinoal charges for total time of video footage reviewed . Addendums will generally be available 5 business days after payment for all additional charges are recieved in our office.
